Product Overview

Harrybilt Engineering will manufacture rail trailers to specific customer requirements, we also manufacture a standard range of trailers including flat and sleeper deck, 3m and 4m in length.

Options:

  • Sleeper Top or Flat Top
  • Tipper bodies
  • Fold down ramps for loading bobcat or excavator etc
  • Regulation Lighting red/white solar or trailer
  • Container twist locks to suit ballast bins, containers etc

Key Features

  • Triple gauge – Narrow / Standard / Broad
  • 3 m deck 10 ton capacity; or 4m deck 15 ton capacity
  • Main rails 200 x 100 RHS. Width between rails 1100mm
  • Twist function on one end
  • 4 x 325Ø fully insulated wheels
  • 4 x wheel brakes with fail safe breakaway braking system
  • Ringfeder coupling one end to enable “Trailer to Machine” hook up with no personnel in the crush zone
  • Drawbar with Ringfeder type eyes on each end
  • 4 x fold down lifting points complete with 4 drop lifting chains

  • 5mm plate floor
  • 6 x post pockets on out-side of chassis rails to suit 75 x 75 SHS

The Rail Dog is a rolling rail anchor designed for railway bridge maintenance and elevated rail work. Available in two sizes to suit both standard and smaller rail profiles. Mounted directly to the rail head, the Rail Dog provides a mobile fall-arrest anchor that travels along the rail as the user moves, allowing continuous protection while working along the track.
